It’s still in the early stages, but contains more than enough features to help your message go viral should you have enough people to get to “Critical Mass”.

In any case, to download the plugin: simply enter your twitter username and password on the right side of the page. Doing so will take you directly to the download page. While your doing that, you’ll also be testing the functionality of the plugin itself (we use Twitcapt to promote twitcapt!).
